- All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by Klax Hotels & Resorts.
- Accurate guest information is required for check-in, including a valid ID.

- Early check-in or late check-out may be available on request and may attract additional charges.
Payments
- Room rates are VAT-inclusive unless otherwise stated.
- Online card payments are processed securely via approved payment providers.
- Bank transfer payments must include the booking reference for identification.
Cancellation & Refunds
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before check-in are non-refundable.

Liability
Klax Hotels & Resorts is not liable for loss of personal items, delays, or events beyond our reasonable control. Safes may be provided for valuables.
